  • Our breadsticks are made solely with semi-wholegrain flours of Italian origin, yeast, water and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The dough rises for two hours before being hand-stretched, a complex process undertaken by expert craftsmen to shape the breadsticks.

  • Has brilliant and intense straw yellow. The ripeness of the noble Burgundy varietal comes through with an intense aroma of yellow fruit, particularly apple and pear, enlivened by a subtle but intriguing floral and citrus vein.

  • The main feature of Chilli Pepper is its spiciness, which is due to the presence of an alkaloid, capsaicin, which in addition to yielding a hot and spicy aroma, eases digestion.

  • A delicious sauce made with sun-dried vegetables and fresh tomatoes, perfect for pepping up your pasta and your entire day!

  • This is the winery’s most important wine, produced with 100% Cabernet Franc, and dedicated by Marilisa and Franco to their late brother Walter.

  • Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.

     

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lametia DOP is produced exclusively in the municipalities in the plains of Lamezia Terme, in the province of Catanzaro (CZ) Italy, which have obtained the coveted EU quality seal (PDO in English: Protected Designation of Origin). It is obtained from the ‘Carolea’ olive cultivar present in the olive groves, in quantities no lower than 90%.

  • Particularly pleasant on the palate, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP has a delicate and fruity flavour with a note of sweet almond, low acidity and excellent digestibility.

  • Puglia IGP Olive Oil is made with a single cultivar: Peranzana. It is now recognized at a global level as one of the highest quality varieties for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  • Obtained exclusively from olives grown in Italy and rigorously cold-pressed to preserve their properties, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is green in colour and has a balanced and moderately fruity flavour that lends itself perfectly to any use in the kitchen.

  • Terre di Olifa Oil comes exclusively from estate-owned olive trees located in the hilly area of Valpantena near the city of Verona.

    An oil with excellent organoleptic characteristics, appreciated by the most sophisticated and discerning palates, it is obtained using traditional methods of oil extraction.
