Puglia IGP Olive Oil is made with a single cultivar: Peranzana. It is now recognized at a global level as one of the highest quality varieties for the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It originated in a particular area of Puglia’s Alto Tavoliere, more specifically in Torremaggiore, San Severo and San Paolo di Civitate. Puglia is the region of Italy with the highest production of olives due to its predominantly flat landscape and temperate climate. The vast expanses of these wonderful olive groves make Puglia one of the most beautiful regions in the Italian peninsula.

Harmonious, moderately herbaceous and fruity flavour, with balanced bitter and spicy notes, offering grass, artichoke, unripe tomato and/or delicate hints of fresh almond. The well-balanced, lightly spicy and bitter attributes maintain the distinctive aromas intact, making this Olive Oil harmonious as soon as the olives are pressed.
