Our breadsticks are made solely with semi-wholegrain flours of Italian origin, yeast, water and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The dough rises for two hours before being hand-stretched, a complex process undertaken by expert craftsmen to shape the breadsticks. This is important both to ensure uniform baking and to give them their distinctive crispness and flavour. All the processes are carried out by hand and stem from many hours of experimentation, so that each product becomes a small part of our company!

Soft wheat flour type “1”, whole wheat flour from soft wheat, extra Virgin Olive Oil 3%, malt, yeast, Pirano salt. May contain traces of almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and nuts in general.
