It is an essential condiment, a major element in many traditional Italian dishes, being light but full-bodied, fresh and intense. It is ideal for lovers of intense flavours. Ingredients used in its production: wine, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide. Straw yellow in colour, on the nose it has a typical, vinegary, tannic aroma while the palate is typically tart, fresh and intense. An ideal dressing for fresh, steamed or grilled vegetables and salads. Perfect for marinating meat, fish and vegetables.
