‘Nduja, one of the most famous, if not the most famous, among classic Calabrian cured meats, is a soft, spreadable, very spicy salami. It is typical of the Municipality of Spilinga (province of Vibo Valentia), but production extends across many municipalities in the province and throughout Lower Calabria.

Pork fat, pork, calabrian chilli pepper 28%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 7%, sunflower oil 7%, salt. Produced without preservatives or colourings. Allergens according to Reg. CE 1169/2011: absent.
