This is fresh-style pesto, just like the one made in Italian family kitchens! This Genoese Pesto is preserved in the fridge and therefore it can better express the colour, smell and taste of the tradition. It is a no compromise recipe for gourmets, the recipe that has been nominated as a candidate for the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage award.


Extra Virgin Olive Oil, basil from Genoa DOP 30%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (milk, salt, rennet), pine nuts, salt, garlic. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. No gluten or preservatives.
