Our Company’s wine vinegar is obtained via careful and scrupulous selection and blending of 100% Italian wines. Traditional slow-fermenting acetification on the stems and subsequent ageing in oak barrels maintains roundness and depth of flavour in this wine vinegar as well as a distinctive fragrance.
